Shipping options and pricing
The shipping costs are effected by weight - you'll find the weight declaration below each description of the products. If you place more items into the cart, the system will add the weights automatically and show the shipping costs. All prices are net-prices plus 19% VAT for orders with delivery address within Germany.
Shipping inside of Germany
Delivery Monday to Friday, between 8am and 7pm.
The shipping time with UPS Standard is 1-3 Business days within Germany.
The shipping with UPS ExpressSaver is possible within 1 Business Day, between 8am and 7pm.
For a delivery address within Berlin, we offer the shipping by courier.

EU shipping (outside of Germany)
Delivery Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm
The shipping time with UPS is 1-4 Business Days.

Outside of EU
The estimated transit time is 1-7 Business Days between Monday and Friday.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside Germany may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. They will be incurred once the shipment reaches the delivery country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict how high they are. Customs policies vary depending on the country. For further information please contact your local customs office. When customs clearance procedures are required, delays may occur that exceed our original supply estimates.
