Which printing materials

Models 85x220cm, 100x220cm, 120x220cm:
Without B1: Polypropylene/polyester composite material, opaque, scratch-resistant, with a satin finish.
With B1: Light-blocking polyester fabric with grey coating, 325g/m².

Models 150x220cm, 200x220cm:
PVC banner material, 500g/m², B1-certified.

Print dimensions vary depending on the model: 85x220cm, 100x220cm, 120x220cm, 150x220cm, 200x220cm.

Digital print CMYK, UV stable, 720dpi (file resolution max. 150 dpi)

Print media

without B1: 215µ/m² polypropylene (opaque), grey backside, with matt protective laminate (scratch resistant)

with B1: Polyester 290g/m², grey backside, BlockOut,
scratch resistant, B1 (fire safety class)

The appearance and workmanship of textiles (such as polyester fabric) may vary due to the production process of the material. Sometimes small faults in the fabric (knots) may be the result. Please note that they won't be seen considering a viewing distance of 50cm.

Storage

Please always store and transport your RollUp "Deluxe" in the carrying bag and cardboard box to prevent bumps and scratches. Set up your RollUp regularly, approximately every 3 months for a few hours. If the material is rolled too long, it will curl backwards at the sides. If it is built up sometimes it will keep smooth.

Packaging and storage

Please avoid places with heat sources such as heaters or sunlight, because the glue could liquefy and loose the adhesive strenght.

Material

The cassette is made of anodized aluminum with silver caps on the sides.

Bleed

Please create your print data without trim, bleed and crop marks. You will find all information in our data sheet.

Cartridge feed

Please be careful with the digital print while rolling down. The digital print should not rub against the side caps. Otherwise the print could be damaged.

Maintenance

Wipe the print surface with a soft cloth and water, please do not use detergents.

Colour deviation

If the color compatibility is a high priority, please order a proof. This allows you to counteract color variations and adjust them in your file.

The "Deluxe" is a luxury retractable banner system. The printed banner is clamped on the top and on the bottom, to allow an quick and easy exchange of the banner if required. The folding bar has an integrated telescopic rod to adjust the height.

At the bottom of the cassette there are adjusting screws, to compensate, e.g. oblique ground or small unevenness to obtain a straight presentation surface.
The RollUp is delivered in a padded black carrying bag.
