After placing your order you will be automatically directed to the upload area where you can upload your printing file. The file will be assigned to your order and checked automatically.
You can upload several files for all ordered products or choose the multi-printing of one motif. Via your customer account you can upload your files later. Alternatively you can provide your data via Dropbox, e-mail (up to 20MB), FTP and WeTransfer by indicating your given order number.
If there is delay because of missing or default printing data the shipping date may postpone.

Storage
Please always store and transport your RollUp "Single Premium" in the
carrying bag and cardboard box to prevent bumps and scratches. Set up your RollUp regularly,
approximately every 3 months for a few hours. If the material is rolled too long, it will curl
backwards at the sides. If it is built up sometimes it will keep smooth.
Packaging and storage
Please avoid places with heat sources such as heaters or sunlight, because the glue could
liquefy and loose the adhesive strenght.
Material
The cassette is made of anodized aluminum with silver sides. The rotable base foot in the
middle is made of metal.
Bleed
Please create your print data without trim, bleed and crop marks. For more information please
see our data sheet.
good to know
Cartridge feed
Please be careful with the digital print while rolling down. The digital print should not rub
against the side caps. Otherwise the print could be damaged.
Maintenance
Wipe the print surface with a soft cloth and water, please do not use detergents.
Colour deviation
If the color compatibility is a high priority, please order a proof. This allows you to
counteract color variations and customize them in your file.
The high-quality RollUp "Single Premium" has an elgant silver cassette. It has a rotable metal base which provides a
firm foothold. The rollup is delivered in a padded carrying case.
The rollup is delivered printed
according to your file and ready assembled for a quick and easy presentation. The printed banner is fixed into a
clamping rail at the top. On the back the banner dirsplay is held by a 3-part folding bar.
You can order
a motif panel for the cartridge case separately.
